Welcome to Suntree Master Homeowners Association, Inc.
"Working for the Residents"Suntree Master Homeowners Association, Inc. (SMHA) is the Master Association for the Suntree Planned Unit Development (PUD) that currently consists of 4,506 units. In addition to SMHA , there is also 44 sub-associations with in the Suntree PUD. The Mission of SMHA is "to preserve and protect the property of our members and common areas through covenant enforcement and active government and community liaison."
Our association exists to serve our members with respect, fairness, sensitivity and trustworthiness. Relying on strong member support and input, we expect to achieve our mission through quality leadership and management with well planned, communicated and fiscally sound programs.
